Year 7 Sponsored Silence raises over £2000
Year 7 kept quiet for a whole day and raised £2500 for their chosen charity, Help for Heroes. Mrs Phillips, Head of Year 7, said "it was a fantastic achievement", and she thanked all Year 7 students who took part.

Playground Party headlined by Billy Bragg

New IT training centre
4th March saw the opening of the new IT Training centre, ORBITTS*, on Oak Road. The centre funded by Leeds City Council and managed by the Academy will be putting on IT courses for community groups around the Garforth area as well as providing training courses for students within the School Partnership Trust.
